The 5,000 square foot River Point fitness center is located on the 2nd floor of the building and offers a complete line of cardiovascular and strength training equipment, a group exercise room with appropriate sound and vibration isolation, and men’s and women’s locker rooms. Fitness Center membership is restricted to tenants in the building.
In addition, the River Point fitness center offers group exercise classes, personal training, massage services, towel service, laundry services, and incentive programs. The building conference center, located on the 23rd floor, is available for tenant meetings and presentations. The center features audio / visual systems, internet access, and a kitchen prep area, upon request. The conference center can accommodate between 16 to 200 individuals, depending on the room and layout requested.

The plaza and riverwalk will be River Point's contribution to the City of Chicago's revived dedication to creating an imaginative green space along the Chicago River. The plaza, designed by world-renowned landscape architect, The Office of James Burnett, will be the largest riverfront park in downtown Chicago and will feature extensive seating, native and botanical gardens and public art to create a unique and exciting new addition to the Chicago Riverfront. At River Point, we believe in the importance of creating a building community, providing to our members opportunities to connect with one another thru various tenant events and networking seminars, as well as leveraging the collective demographics of the building community to provide to our members local discounts on select retailers and services, along with providing corporate services to help our companies bring the very best services to their employee base.
ATM: A BMO Harris Bank ATM is available for tenant convenience at the Canal Street lower lobby entrance.
Bicycle Storage: The bicycle storage entrance is located on Lake Street. The room has secured access that can be granted by the Hines Management Office.
Dropboxes: FedEx, UPS and USPS dropboxes are located in the lower lobby level and will be serviced once daily, unless otherwise stated on their service schedule.
Restaurants: Gibsons Italia, located on the Riverside Plaza, is an upscale white-tablecloth restaurant open for lunch and dinner. Market Creations Cafe, located on Lake Street, is a fast casual restaurant open for breakfast and lunch.
River Point Park: The 1.5 acre public park is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily with ADA-accessible seating on the plaza and along the river levels. A “Lunch on the Lawn” picnic will be available during nice weather with a blanket supplied by the Hines Management Office.
Shoe Shine Service: Shoe shine services are located on the 2nd Floor. For pricing, please contact the Hines Management Office.

River Point is a LEED Gold certified building. Going above and beyond the the Hines Management team is constantly looking for new Green initiatives to add to our current efforts with recycling and enhancing sustainability features in the building.
Green Building Features
Hines has built or begun construction on more than 50 million square feet of LEED® certified buildings.
The Property environmentally-sound features include, but are not limited to:
100% outside air economizer allows up to 100% fresh air to be supplies during certain times of the year, which reduces the HVAC operational costs and increases indoor air quality.
GREEN OFFICE, or HinesGO, is a voluntary initiative adapted for Hines tenant spaces, which measures and rewards the "greening" efforts in your lease space.
The program will help you identify and implement no-cost and low-cost alternatives to operating in a standard indoor office environment. Scored on a scale of 100, you can evaluate your space in seven categories. When a specific strategy or improvement has been implemented from those categories, "Leaf Credits" are earned, which are weighted differently according to their relative sustainable value. If your office achieves 70 Leaf Credits and submits the attached form, it is then designated as a GREEN OFFICE.
We encourage you to establish a "green team" to conduct cost-benefit analyses for opportunities that require nominal cost to achieve a credit. Then a plan can be created for implementing those opportunities and measuring the results with an over-riding goal of reducing our collective environmental footprint and energy consumption.
Hines rolled out a similar program internally in December of 2008 and has since designated over 140 Hines GREEN OFFICES in the United States and Europe.
